When will my wine arrive?
We understand that this is the most crucial question when ordering. Here is how our process works: We have partnered with a couple companies to provide temperature controlled trucking. It will save the wine from the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter. All of the MyWineDeal orders are processed on Monday Afternoon at 3pm PST. They will leave on the trucks by Thursday. They will make their way to one of the 5 strategic warehouses we have across the country usually by Monday or Tuesday. Finally, the wines will be picked up by FedEx or UPS for delivery within 1-3 business days. For example, if a wine is ordered on a Thursday, it will be processed on the following Monday with arrival being the following week. We are working hard to make sure your wine arrives the safest way possible.
Signature Policy
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from this website. All packages will require a signature from an adult upon delivery. We recommend that you provide a business shipping address for best delivery service. Any additional notes for leaving the package will be ignored by the shipping company. You can bill and ship to different addresses.
Weather
Extreme conditions may hinder your delivery of wine. We want to provide the best quality wine. Heat and cold may damage a wine shipment. We will inform you upon checkout. We can provide alternative options and will work with you to best deliver your wine.
Defective or Broken bottles
If there is any problem with your wine, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Go to the contact us page to find more information. If you believe the bottle is bad, please put the cork back into the wine bottle and contact us as soon as possible. We will not take back any empty bottles. We understand that a bad bottle of wine is possible in hundreds of cases. If a bottle was broken upon delivery, we will file a claim with our shipping company and refund your card.
Why can’t you ship to my state?
Prohibition…. But really. Federal and state regulations have restrictions on the states and counties that our partners and we are able to ship to. If you are denied an order and we are not able to process your order, we will do our best to explain the rigidity the laws, but we will then work with you to find a better solution, which may include using a second shipping address with an adult available to sign for the shipment.

How is sales tax calculated?
We partner with ShipCompliant to bring accurate and real time sales tax. The sales tax received upon checkout for bottle or wine club orders is reached from the shipping address you provide. When applicable, both state and local taxes will be included.
Hold Policy
We will hold any order upon request. Please place the date you would like the wine to SHIP in the comments section of the order during checkout. Any requested ship date given that is a Friday will ship the following Monday. We offer long term holds up to three months from the time of purchase to help lessen any weather related concerns. In the comments section of the order, please place the month you would like the order to ship. We will ship on the first Monday of that month. This date CANNOT be changed once the order is processed.
